We stumbled upon a department that went out of its way to show how amazingly and planet-happily creative they can be for the low, low price of free. Congratulation to TGH’s Housekeeping and Facilities Department for winning the top decorating prize. As you’ll see, almost every single bit is reused or recycled (and hey, they would have reduced any new stuff purchased, so all 3 R’s are present and accounted for).
