From Earth Day to plain ol’ earth, the UHN Real Food Garden team got down and dirty planting our seedlings in the soil for Going to Seed (but in a good way).

What’s our next big idea? We’re Talkin’ Local Food with UHN and crowdsourcing for the best ideas to get more local food on patients’ plates. We’re about to take it to the next level with Conversation Cafés in the new year.

And we’re down to number 1! The most clicked on story makes me proud of you, our readers, for picking something so all-encompassingly green. Chad’s Great Canadian Vacation Guide asked us to get outside, but first: remember why the outdoors is so great, and take steps to keep it that way in Summer and Energy (waste not, want not).
With visions of camping by the lake under a starry sky, we look forward to an even better 2015 (especially the summer part).
